The Alchemical Return™

A 10-day journey back to self

Essaouira, Morocco
April 27 – May 6

The Alchemical Return™ is not a retreat designed to transform you, heal you, or turn you into someone new.

It is an invitation to return to your inner authority, your truth, and the part of you that already knows.

This is a quiet, intimate journey held near the sea, in a private villa, with a small group of people who are ready to step out of noise and into presence.

What This Experience Is

The Alchemical Return™ is a contained 10-day crossing.

It is built for people who:

  • feel complete, but tired of carrying too much
  • no longer want to be worked on or fixed
  • sense a quiet threshold approaching in their life
  • want depth, not spectacle
  • want to leave steadier, not elevated

This is not therapy, coaching, or a results-based program.
There are no promises of breakthroughs.

And because of that, what unfolds is real.

How We Live for 10 Days

We stay together in a private villa in nature in Essaouira, close to the sea.

The days are simple and human:

  • walking by the ocean
  • sitting in stillness
  • shared meals
  • quiet writing and listening
  • unstructured time
  • rest

Phones are put away.

Disposable cameras are included in your welcome bag, so memory is captured slowly, intentionally.

A private chef prepares fresh, seasonal Moroccan meals each day using local produce.
Food is shared slowly, often together.

There is space to cook, eat, walk, sit, meditate, and to do very little, on purpose.

How I Hold the Space

I do not guide people toward outcomes.
I hold people steady while they cross themselves.

Over the 10 days, each participant receives:

  •  Two 1:1 sessions with me
(not therapy, not coaching, quiet, reflective presence)
  • Small group listening circles
  • Space to speak without interruption or analysis
  • Silence when words are unnecessary

Nothing is forced.
Nothing is pulled forward.
Timing is respected.

This creates safety without dependency and depth without collapse.

A Typical Rhythm

There is a gentle outline that forms the foundation of these 10 days, a shared rhythm we return to each day. At the same time, the retreat is not run by the clock. The days are guided by the collective energy of the group, the natural environment, and what feels aligned to unfold. Some days call for more silence, others for movement or conversation. What matters is not following a plan, but listening closely to what is present and allowing the rhythm to respond accordingly.

There is no rigid schedule.

The rhythm may include:

  • morning stillness or silent sitting
  • walking along the coast, through town, or in nature
  • shared meals
  • long stretches of unstructured time
  • optional writing or reflection
  • evening listening circles
  • music or movement when it arises naturally

Some days are quieter.
Some days are more relational.

All days are grounded.

Who This Is For

This retreat is for people who are:

  • 30+
  • emotionally self-aware and grounded
  • kind, respectful, and considerate of others
  • comfortable with stillness and silence
  • creatively inclined or inwardly curious
  • willing to unplug from constant stimulation
  • seeking depth, not escape
  • comfortable in small, intimate groups

This is not a retreat for spectators.
It is for participants who are ready to be present.

About Me

My name is Tiffeny Farag. I’m Egyptian-Coptic by ancestry, and the way I work comes from what I’ve lived, not what I’ve studied.

My path has been shaped by long stretches of silence through Vipassana meditation, by walking long distances like the Camino de Santiago, and by living between Australia, Spain, Morocco, and Egypt. I’ve learned through movement, through stillness, through loss and return, and through a deep relationship with land, sea, and memory.

I create spaces where people don’t have to perform, explain themselves, or be fixed. Spaces without hierarchy, where emotional honesty can exist without being forced. I speak English, Arabic, and Spanish, and I’m more interested in presence than instruction.

I’m not here to heal or teach anyone. I walk alongside. I listen. I help steady the ground. My role is simple and precise, to create the conditions where people can hear themselves again and leave feeling intact, not altered.

What Makes The Alchemical Return™ Different

Most retreats are designed to do something to people.
This one is designed to not interfere and that is precisely why it works.

I do not lead people toward an outcome.
I hold them steady while they cross themselves.

This Is Not a “Transformation” Retreat

It Is a Threshold Retreat.

I do not offer healing, breakthroughs, or reinvention.
I offer a return to inner authority.

Nothing is forced.
Nothing is pulled forward.
Timing is respected.

People are not guided toward insight.
They are given the conditions to hear themselves again.

I Hold People Without Hierarchy

I am not a guru, healer, or expert diagnosing experience.

I am a witness, holder, and stabiliser.

This creates:

  • safety without dependency
  • depth without performance
  • honesty without collapse

Nothing needs to be proven or produced.

Built on Lived Crossing, Not Theory

This retreat comes from my body and my life:

  • Vipassana silence lived
  • walking long distances
  • ancestral memory carried
  • ocean presence
  • cultural fluency across Egypt, Spain, and Morocco
  • experiences of loss, return, and integration

People feel this immediately.
They are not stepping into a system.
They are stepping into a path already walked.

Presence, Not Catharsis

Emotion is welcome.
But nothing is pulled forward.

People leave intact, not raw, not exposed, not dependent.

Ancestry as Memory, Not Myth

I do not perform ancestry.
I hold it quietly, as something felt through land, sea, and body.

My Egyptian lineage is not branding.
It is orientation.

And in that orientation, people feel permission to relate to their own lineage, privately, without explanation.

Not Escapism, Re-entry

People do not come here to escape their lives.
They come to re-enter them differently.

No declarations.
No new identities.

They leave steadier, not elevated.
